Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and craft effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking. Screen resumes and conducts initial phone interviews to evaluate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule both virtual and in-person interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers and candidates throughout the process.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance recruitment processes and efficiency. Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Requirements
- Only Philippines Nationals (located in The Philippines)
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a recruiter.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices..
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Visa will be provided by the company.
- Fluent in English language
