Account Manager - Social Media

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager – Social Media. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, developing social media strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and fostering client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, schedule, and manage high-quality content that resonates with target audiences on social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for trending news, ideas, and feedback, and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure social media strategies align with broader marketing goals and business objectives.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.
Requirements
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Proven experience of 2+ years as a Social Media Account Manager or similar role.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • High knowledge of ad campaign management & performance analysis.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid QID and eligibility to work in Qatar.
