Responsibilities
  • Drive sales of telecom products and services through outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced telesales environment.
  • Build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Provide accurate information on telecom offerings, promotions, and pricing.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences and sales process.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions with the customers and update the information.
  • Handle customer objections and negotiate to close sales effectively.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in telesales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Candidate must be locally available in Qatar
  • Valid QID
