Tele Sales Executive
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of telecom products and services through outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced telesales environment.
- Build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Provide accurate information on telecom offerings, promotions, and pricing.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences and sales process.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with the customers and update the information.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate to close sales effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in telesales.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Candidate must be locally available in Qatar
- Valid QID
